Guidance in May

During the month of May student participate in a variety of guidance activities centered around College and Career Readiness.  3rd, 4th, & 5th graders participated in our annual Career Day last Friday, where 9 local community members came and spoke with students about their careers and the education/training involved.  5th graders are getting reading for their fieldtrip this Friday to Oregon State University  and 4th graders are starting to prepare for their fieldtrip to Chemeketa Community College on May 22nd.  This is a great time to talk with your child at home about different careers that may interest them.
